International Students
Presently, Clear Water Academy is home to a number of international students*. International student fees are applicable to students of families who are not eligible for the Alberta Education student grant. Forms for International Students are at the bottom of this page. International students are assessed and must meet the same standards as our Canadian students.
*Please note that International students are defined as students of families who DO NOT work or live in Alberta.
Clear Water Academy accepts international students beginning at the Pre Kindergarten level. Students in Pre Kindergarten through to Grade 6 must reside in Calgary with at least one parent or legal guardian. International students in Grades 7 to 12 may stay in Calgary with a host or billet family. Please contact the Admissions Department for fees and contact information (admissions@clearwateracademy.com).
Payment of fees (deposit, assessment, application) may be made via credit card or wire transfer. For credit cards payment (online only), please visit www.plastiq.com. Please note that 4ward Thinking is now called Plastiq, effective June 1, 2012. Please visit www.plastiq.com and type in "Clear Water" in the merchant field on the home page to register as a new user, so that you can pay with a credit card.
NOTE: Parents who have already registered and have set-up a payment plan with 4ward Thinking will be transferred over to Plastiq automatically. Application and assessment fees may also be paid using credit card payments through www.plastiq.com.
