Thank you for your interest in Clear Water Academy. The following is provided to guide you through the admissions process. To truly understand what Clear Water Academy has to offer, we invite and welcome all interested families to schedule a personal tour. Our process includes the following steps: 1)Apply 2)Student Assessment 3)Family Meeting 4) Enrollment.

1) Submit Application

Applications are accepted on an ongoing basis. Applications may be dropped off in person, mailed to Clear Water Academy, or scanned and emailed to Once an application is submitted, complete with the required $200.00 application fee and all required documentation, your child's Academic Assessment will be scheduled. The application fee may be paid by cheque (submitted with your application forms) or online via credit card. For credit card payments (online only), please visit and type in "Clear Water" in the merchant field on the home page to register as a new user, so that you can pay with a credit card.  A processing fee of approximately 1.99% is assessed by Plastiq. This rate is subject to change. 

2) Student Assessment: Individual academic and readiness assessments are given to all students entering Junior Kindergarten through Grade 12. Upon receipt of your child's application we will contact you to schedule the assessment. Depending upon the grade level being assessed, parents and students should schedule to spend between 1 and 3 hours with us. 

There is no additional fee for Student Assessments.  

3) Family Meeting: Once the student's application is received and the Student Assessment has been completed, parents will be scheduled for a Family Meeting with the school Principal or Assitant Principal. Students entering Grade 7 and higher attend the Family Meeting as well. 

4) Enrollment:  Following the Family Meeting, you will be notified of your child's acceptance status and will recieve all the necessary information for enrolling your child. 

Shadow Days: Students interested in Clear Water Academy are welcome to contact us to schedule a "Shadow Day". This is a great opportunity to experience a day in the life of a Clear Water Academy student.
