What
is the endowment fund, and how are
named grant funds used?
An endowment is a financial gift, which, once received
by the school is invested. The interest earned creates
long-term stability and success for the school. Donors
to an endowment may also want to donate to a named fund.
For many families in older private schools, creating
and supporting a named fund, such as grants for tuition
assistance or in support of a particular program, becomes
a multigenerational tradition.
We strive to extend a Clear Water Academy education
to every student who meets enrolment requirements. The
increased financial assistance provided through an endowment
fund allows us to bring more wonderful students into
our school. This enables us to enhance the Catholic
character of an increasing number of young people.
