The Clear Water Academy Spring Gala is a fabulously fun evening organized annually by a talented team of parent volunteers.  In addition to being one of the city’s finest auctions, the Gala includes wonderful food and drink, great music, dancing and more.  This spectacular event is a great opportunity for the members of the community and supporters of Clear Water Academy to enjoy and elegant night out.

It is with great pleasure that we unveil the theme for this year’s gala: Blue ! This 11th annual Fundraising Gala and Auction will be held on Saturday, May 3rd, 2008 in the Midnight Blue Ballroom at the Calgary Roundup Centre. Are you wondering what Blue will be like? Rest assured, we have many surprises in store for our guests, and we assure you that you will not be disappointed!

How can I contribute to the Gala?

Our annual charity auction Gala, held every spring, is one of our largest fundraising events of the year.  There are many ways that you can participate in this event, now regarded as one of Calgary’s top charity auctions.  Purchase of tickets, either for yourself or for teachers to attend, are essential for the success of the Gala.  We also depend on donations of items for our silent and live auctions and sponsors to underwrite the costs of the event.  Hundreds of thousands of dollars have been raised from our Galas, while providing an extraordinarily fun-filled evening for our families and guests!

As plans for Gala 2008 progress, we will continue to keep you posted, watch for opportunities to join our wonderful Gala Committee in their work during the year!
