Henry van der Sloot,
Chairman and Chair of Executive Committee

Mr. van der Sloot is a Chartered Accountant, Chartered Financial Analyst, and President of VDS Ventures Inc., a private consulting and investment company. Mr. van der Sloot was CEO of Banff Caribou Properties, a diversified real estate holding company. Prior to this, he was Managing Director of NCI Money Management Inc., founding Partner and Managing Director of Network Capital Inc., and President of Henry G. van der Sloot Professional Corporation. In these roles, Mr. van der Sloot was been responsible for raising and managing equity funds on behalf of many clients. He is a graduate of Harvard Business School OPM Program.

Mr. van der Sloot was formerly a classical musician: cellist. He received the Sylva Gelber Foundation Award which is given to the most talented Canadian artist under the age of 30 for performers in classical music. He has performed to audiences in Canada , the United States , Europe , and the Soviet Union . Mr. van der Sloot is a graduate of California Institute of the Arts in Los Angeles and of music studies at Juilliard School of Music in New York.
