Please read and understand the following policies. The information will answer most of your questions and speed up the registration and ordering process. If you still have questions after reading this contact the LunchBell either by phone or email.
The Lunch Bell serves lunches at Clear Water Academy on Tuesdays and Thursdays of each week. Please visit our website www.lunchbell.ca and follow the links to the Menus and Order Forms for Clear Water Academy. Registration can now be done online. Please be sure to submit an updated registration for each of your students before you complete their orders.
- A family registration form must be completed and submitted prior to, or in conjunction with, your first Lunch Bell order each school year. Download order form here, Lunch Bell Registration Form.doc, or a hard copy can be requested by telephoning Lunch Bell at (403) 240-0606. Completed registration forms can be faxed to (403) 240-0606 or placed in the drop-off box located at the school office.
- The current menus are available on the Lunch Bell website. Hard copies can be requested by telephoning us at (403) 240-0606.
- Each day’s menu consists of a hot entrée, fruit/vegetable, dessert and pure fruit juice (apple/orange) or bottled water. We cannot accommodate any changes to the menu. Please note that drinks are included with each meal. Lunches are priced at $7.50/meal (includes GST).
- Please place your order using our online order form located under Clear Water Academy’s banner. If necessary, you may request a hard copy by email or phone (403) 240-0606. One order form is required per student.
- Online and faxed orders will be accepted up until noon on the Friday for lunches the following week. Requested hard copies may be placed in the drop box, however, they must be received one full week before the lunch i.e. Monday noon for the following Monday. There will be no drop-in lunches available. Due to the volume of orders that we receive we are not able to take orders over the phone.
- You will receive an order confirmation within 72 hours of placing an online order. This confirmation will include the meals ordered and total owing. Please review the confirmation and notify the Lunch Bell if there is an error in your order. Payment is due immediately upon receiving your confirmation. Payment may be in the form of a cheque payable to The Lunch Bell Ltd. and placed in the drop box located at the school office or through an Interac Email Transfer. No cash or post-dated cheques will be accepted. NSF cheques will be charged a fee of $15.
- Cancellation Policy: Orders must be cancelled by noon Friday for lunches the following week in order to receive a credit note for use on a future order. There are no refunds for cancellations outside of the deadlines (this includes illness). To cancel a lunch order, please phone (403) 240-0606. Uncollected lunches will NOT be credited. They will NOT be left at the school unless prior arrangements have been made by parents.
- The Lunch Bell is a completely separate entity from Clear Water Academy.
