Giving FAQs

Our goal is to reach $300,000 in 30 days with 100% participation of our families, alumni, and faculty. 

Donations received from the annual campaign will help fund current and future capital projects for the school.

The tuition fees and government funding we receive for our students cover the school's operating costs, including salaries, resources, and supplies. However, these funds do not cover major capital projects, such as the Athlone Hall Renovation and Modernization Project and the building of a future gymnasium for the school.

More than three decades ago, families came together to help build the beautiful and functional facilities we enjoy today. Their generosity made it possible for your children to experience Clear Water Academy as it is now. In the same spirit, your contribution today helps sustain and strengthen our school for the students who will come after. By giving, you are not only supporting your own children—you’re helping to ensure that the gift of Clear Water Academy endures for generations to come. 

Participation is just as important as the amount donated. It reflects the collective confidence and commitment of our community to Clear Water Academy’s mission. When current parents show strong support for the We Are CWA Annual Campaign, it sends a powerful message—both within our community and to potential external donors and corporate partners. Many foundations and corporations consider parent participation rates when deciding on grants. Every gift, no matter the size, makes a difference. Together, we build momentum and inspire even greater generosity.

Support is requested of current parents, grandparents, alumni, alumni families, faculty, board members, corporations, foundations, and friends of CWA. 

With 357 families, 75 faculty, 320 alumni, and over 200 alumni families, there is an opportunity and giving level for everyone! 

To achieve our goal, we invite our community to help us reach:

• 30 gifts of $3,000
• 30 pledges at $300/month for 12 months
• 30 pledges of $130/month ($30/week) for 12 months
• 300 gifts of $300
• 300 pledges of $30/month

Every gift, large or small, strengthens our mission. We invite you to prayerfully consider how your family can participate, knowing that each situation is unique. Our 30th anniversary is more than a milestone—it’s an opportunity to make a meaningful impact for our school for the next 30 years and beyond!

Tax receipts will be issued for donations of $20 or more.
