Book a Tour
Schedule a personalized tour with our Director of Admissions. During your visit, you’ll learn more about our Christ-centered approach to education, ask questions, and explore our beautiful campus and facilities. Our mission is to support parents as the primary educators of their children, forming young people in mind, body, and spirit. Tours last approximately one hour, and we encourage you to bring your children so they can personally experience the welcoming and faith-filled atmosphere of Clear Water Academy.
Open Houses
You are also warmly invited to attend one of our Open Houses held throughout the school year. These events provide an opportunity to discover our extraordinary model of Catholic education, meet members of our community, and see how faith and academic excellence go hand-in-hand in daily school life.

Enrollment
Offers are made once the admissions process is complete. Applicants may be waitlisted depending on space availability after re-enrollment.
Welcome to the Community: Your Journey After Enrolling
Once your family joins our school, we look forward to helping you feel at home in our faith-filled environment. Depending on your child’s grade level, new families may be invited to take part in the following:
- Orientation for Junior Kindergarten and Kindergarten Parents (June) A welcome session that introduces families to routines, expectations, and the learning environment, helping parents and children prepare for a joyful start to school life.
- New Family Ambassador Program (May–June) Each new student is paired with a current Clear Water Academy student who will accompany them as they get to know their peers, teachers, and the school community. These connections may continue over the summer with informal gatherings, social activities, and opportunities to build friendships rooted in faith and shared values, helping every student begin the school year feeling confident, supported, and known.
