English Language Arts Teacher
Position Overview
Clear Water Academy is seeking an experienced English Language Arts teacher who holds, at minimum, a Bachelor of Education degree and possesses the necessary background to teach ELA 9, ELA 20-1, ELA 30-1, and ELA 35 (Advanced Placement). This position begins on August 21, 2025, for the commencement of the 2025-2026 academic year. The application deadline for this position is April 30, 2025.
Responsibilities & Requirements
We seek a qualified candidate who loves children and is committed to teaching a rigorous curriculum, finding creative and innovative ways to engage students, understands our strong faith-based mission, and is dedicated to our educational philosophy of Integral Formation - developing the intellectual, spiritual, human, and apostolic dimensions of the whole child.
For this role:
- The ability to teach ELA 9, ELA 20-1, ELA 30-1, and ELA 35 (AP)
- Discussion of F.T.E will take place with each candidate with the possibility of this position being a part-time to full-time position (depending on the needs of the candidate and the school).
Ideal candidates would possess Christian values along with the required teaching credentials.
